Affiliate Terms

The rules for WealthScout referral partners, attribution, commission, and manual payouts.

LOCAL DRAFT — NOT APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION OR LEGAL ACCEPTANCEThis page is for local and non-production review only. It has no effective publication date.Draft last updated: 13 August 2026

Operator and Programme Status

These Affiliate Terms apply to the WealthScout referral programme. The operator is IP3 Holdings, ABN 88 562 020 114, trading as WealthScout.

The programme, purchase promotion, Offer B, commission activation, and payouts are currently inactive. Registration or attribution does not guarantee a discount, purchase, commission, or continued programme availability.

Registration and Attribution

One authenticated WealthScout login may own one partner profile, public handle, and attribution code. A partner relationship does not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, adviser, or representative authority.

A valid wealthscout.app/<handle> visit may create a bounded referral capture. First successful attribution wins at household creation; later visits, codes, and invited members do not reassign it. Attribution does not grant Plus, bypass commercial gating, or change a price.

WealthScout may reject, deactivate, or terminate a profile where information is inaccurate, promotion is misleading, the programme is misused, or continued activity creates legal, security, customer, or brand risk. Termination stops new programme activity while valid historical evidence remains recorded for review.

Inactive Offer and Commission

Offer B and affiliate purchase promotion are inactive. Any future offer requires separately approved customer benefit, commission economics, provider configuration, active dates, eligibility rules, and effective Affiliate Terms.

Only verified paid Plus monthly or annual collections may become commissionable after activation. Free, complimentary Plus, historical Tax Pack records, uncollected amounts, and purchases made while the programme or commercial gating is disabled never earn commission.

Any activated calculation must use verified RevenueCat-normalized provider facts. Missing normalized price, tax, or provider-commission facts enter founder review rather than receiving an invented value.

Ledger, Refunds, and Payout

An activated earn is calculated and rounded once. A verified refund reverses the exact stored earn, and a verified REFUND_REVERSED event restores the same stored economics rather than recalculating current values.

If payouts are activated, WealthScout makes any transfer outside the product and records the manual payout reference, time, amount, and currency. The programme does not provide automated payouts or collect payment-account credentials, KYC documents, or tax forms.

A reversal relating to an amount already paid may create a recovery balance against future partner payouts. Customer cancellation at the end of a paid period is not itself a refund.

Marketing Standards

Promotions must be truthful, current, identifiable as partner marketing where required, and consistent with the WealthScout website and these terms. Do not imply an inactive offer is available or that every visitor receives a discount.

Do not claim that WealthScout provides personal financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, credit, insurance, or guaranteed-outcome advice. Do not spam, scrape, impersonate WealthScout, use misleading redirects, or make commitments on WealthScout's behalf.

Privacy and Contact

WealthScout uses bounded registration, contact, attribution, acceptance, commission, refund, recovery, and payout-reference information to operate and audit the programme. Partners do not receive household identity, members, or financial records.
